Charley's view on Birthdays!

I've been a busy little bee.... it has been hot outside here in the midwest... so what to do? Stay in the house and create! Charley's mom is in need of more cards with her precious pup as the focal point... so here she is, helping to celebrate birthdays!!! Can you find the hidden or not so hidden heart in the card?
