I really like to make dimensional cards, layers with pop dots, not only do I get to practice my coloring and shading skills on a card like this, I get to work on fussy cutting if I don't have a punch. Hee hee....I found this cute card image while blurfing.... I like how the beak is holding up the banners (which are everywhere in paper crafting). You could put any message on the banners, you would just have to alter the size to make it all fit! A double portion of smiles :) :)
Punched out a small circle and then dabbed ink in the template to make the background dots!
