More on butterflies

Popular theme, yes I know I showed off cute flowers that float last week, but there is so much out there in the way of butterflies! You will probably see more posts about them in the weeks to come. These first two cards are inspired by Nichole's blog Capture the Moment I have been following her for years, she started Papertrey Inc. Her stuff is so darn cute.... and again, since I have not bought from her, but I have similar supplies, I admit that I CASe the goods.

I just love the way these cards turned out and think I will make more, maybe even as a card set.

The last bright yellow card was inspired from somewhere... but it is going in my SHINE pile of cards. One day I will tell you what that is.


And yes, the sun is SHINING today, again! I looooove it!!!!! Give me some sunSHINE!!!

Well, sad news.... but good news too! Bubba played in his division Illinois high school state hockey play offs last night, it was the 2nd game into the elimination round. He scored one of the two goals and assisted on the other goal. Whooo hoo!!! But unfortunately, they lost 3 to 2 and they are officially out of the state playoffs. Season over! And from what we can tell, the end to his hockey career? He talks about not trying out his senior year..... so we'll see. At least he went out on a personal high note!!!

Well, I gotta pack, finish some laundry, make up some snacks, get my stamping project/down time stuff ready to go, and after school it's up to Wisconsin for a volleyball tournament! Take this stuff while you can, we only have 3 more years left with kids until they flutter away!!!!
